Donor Egg Program

Although the true health of an embryo is difficult to assess, embryo quality is extremely important. Good embryo quality increases your chances of having a successful outcome with IVF. Poor embryo quality may decrease your chances of achieving a pregnancy. If your embryo quality is consistently poor in multiple cycles of IVF or if you are beyond your reproductive window, you and your husband may consider using donor eggs. Additionally, if you or your husband has a genetic disease that you do not desire to pass on to your offspring, you may consider using donor eggs as an alternative to PGD (preimplantation genetic diagnosis).

Your donor may be known/directed or anonymous. Donors can be secured from a donor agency or through Dallas IVF’s donor list. All egg donors undergo extensive medical and genetic screening before being accepted as an egg donor.
