Male Testing: Semen analysis
Male infertility is the source of a couple’s inability to conceive about 20 - 40% of the time. Dallas IVF has a state of the art and fully accredited andrology lab that specializes in preparing and evaluating semen samples. If a severe male factor is present, IVF-ICSI (intracytoplasmic sperm injection) may be suggested as a primary treatment. For couples with a mild male factor, intrauterine inseminations may be suggested. Our physicians also work closely with leading urologists in the region who specialize in male infertility.
